Unknown. Speculation: The girl in dark looks very much like the passport photo of Vera Malmer, only slightly older. So, possibly the 2 older are Vera and Elsa Malmer. Another speculation - Knut Engdahl's 4 daughters - Gertrude, Myrtle, Mable and Edith.
